glanced at another.
My breath stifled,
YOURS free.

The whole night,
I,
gazed at YOU.
YOU,
gazed back.

Why,
couldn't
WE,
be together?

Jealousy struck,
as my thoughts,
wonderred...?
did you care,
now, for HER?

As OUR gazes met,
did you realize,
I CARED BACK.

The night ended,
me...?
I LET GO!
